Personal Training is available by appointment. All availability is between 11:00am and 4:00pm. One early morning slot is available from 7:30 – 8:30am. Sessions are booked on a first come basis! The instructor will call to arrange a best time for you.
Your first session is 1 to 1.5 hours and covers nutritional assessment, measurements (if requested), and initial program set-up. It is recommmended that you purchase at least two sessions per week to see results quicker. A ten session package is recommended to keep you consistent and reach your goals. Each program is designed around your specific goals.
All levels of fitness are welcome! Buddy training with 2-3 people is also available to share the cost & motivate each other towards your fitness goals. Buddy training rates are $25 per person/hour.
