A one hour class suitable for the beginner as well as the fitter individual. Work at your own pace with Pilates based exercises to work the whole abdominal core, lower back, hips , & gluteus!! Arms & legs are worked with rubber bands & Pilates rings to give you a full body workout. We work the smaller support muscles with your bigger muscles for functional strength to keep you strong for daily living, as well as activities you may do!! Bring a mat & Pilates ring if you have one.
